FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN . . .
Before we know it, our performance date will be here. Some of the dances have been finished, others are in progress. Dress rehearsal will be Sunday, December 15, from 1-4 pm. I have also asked for 2 tickets for each set of parents. I have not heard back from my contact there to confirm the request.
Most costumes are here although there were some costumes ordered late for students registering late and one set of costumes had to be exchanged for a larger size. Another challenge was trying to make some costumes work for our spring show, Lion King.
COSTUMES WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT YOUR CHILD’S FIRST CLASS IN DECEMBER. PLEASE BE THERE TO HELP YOUR CHILD INTO THEIR COSTUME.
We have also been asked to do some dance numbers at the Capitol on Saturday, December 21st at 11 a.m.
We will be taking Ballet IV and Ballet V dance numbers for that time slot.

Ms. Sunny, Emily and Noreen Plumage, Josh and Sarah Easter traveled to Casper, WY September 20th for a 2-day workshop with Ballet Magnificat and to see their performance of The Arrival and Deliver Us. It was so good to see the company again. We had last taken classes from them in 2010 in Yankton. Good classes were taken in ballet, jazz, pointe and pas de deux.
October 27th, Ms. Sunny, Emily Plumage, Josh, and Sarah Easter traveled to Spearfish for the 32nd Annual Conference of Dance Network of South Dakota with excellent classes in modern, tap and musical theater with another Limon dancer, Kurt Douglas, and Brian Marcum, former Broadway dancer, and now instructor at Oklahoma City University. A special treat were the Flamenco classes with Lena Jacome.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.— Rev 1:8
