New Year Edition 2026 ∙ 119 N Deadwood St ∙ Ft Pierre
Hosanna Dance had a busy fall with the October 25-26 Dance Network of South Dakota Convention. Excellent classes were had in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern. Our wonderful instructors for the weekend were William Waldinger, Madeleine Scott, and Jadell Lee. There was a short performance for parents at the end of the convention. Scholarships were given to next year's convention as well as to SD Ballet's summer intensive.
It was back to classes at the studio to continue to prepare for a short December 13 Christmas performance. The performance was held at the Duffy Center in Fort Pierre, and while not a theater stage with wings and curtain and lights, it worked well for the more traditional recital-type show of assorted Christmas songs. It was great to see around 200+ people who came on a very snowy, wintry day.
